Our Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Time is reserved especially for you, please make any schedule changes 24-hours prior to your appointment time, 

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service rate. This includes appointments with a no-show.

If Sarah Infant Reflux Specialist cancels an appointment with 24 hours or less notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty or refund.

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be processed without a penalty as long as rescheduled.
